My Management role
I perspective my supervision role as Lead teacher to help help in the development and growth of potential future school leaders. I feel that there is a wonderful sense of urgency to obtain educators that possess good sense of qualities to help prepare pupils for the twenty initially century. The development of individuals that happen to be strong experts are vital in the educational success to get our college students. The lack of people who are not prepared to enter the role of management can be described as deficiency which our children won't be able to afford. My own role as lead educator help to encourage another individual that can help our students succeed.
As a current school leader, many of my own strengths consist of strong organizational skills, powerful use of financial resources, and able to do the overall quest of my own unique college. I believe the critical areas in management that I would work on will be:
1 . The importance of rules, roles and responsibility. I believe guidelines, roles, and responsibility is a foundation to get the overall day to day operations to run smoothly and efficiently.

3. Effective use of budgetary resources. I feel that the successful use of financial resources is indeed critical in the current economics due to the lack of funding across the institution system. In the current fast paced culture where things are constantly changing, the focus has to remain on the standard of instruction pertaining to my college. Management is just about the most common cause of educators becoming frustrated and turning to a new field of endeavor. It is also accounts for second, third and fourth-year teachers leaving education.
