For enrollment, fill out the enrollment forms  and health assessment forms and email or return to the preschool office. The preschool email is preschool@riverlawn.org There is a $75.00 enrollment fee, please include this with your returned forms. Click on the clipboard or Enrollment Forms title to download forms.  Your health assessment form can be returned after you have enrolled your child, but all health forms need to be returned before the first day of attendance.  We will also need a current immunization list from your doctor or a copy of the child's pink immunization record. Click on the  medical icon or Health Forms title to download forms. We offer the convenience of having your payment set up for an automatic payment weekly or monthly. You can set up your reoccurring payment using your bank account or credit/debit card.
